We guarantee all our customers a 14 days exchange and return policy, which includes all products displayed on our store. All products showcased on our store are eligible for the exchange and return policy, subject to the terms and conditions stated on this page. Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and sealed in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within three  3 days, and exchanges within seven 7 days from the date of purchase. Please photograph the product and send it along with specifying the city, address, and order number for it to be exchanged with another product in case the product is defective or has a specific flaw, or does not meet the agreed specifications. The full amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account if the product received is entirely different from the product description on our website. We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
